The bicep. It's probably the one muscle on your body that defines how good of shape you are in. I mean, washboard abs are great, but unless you're Mark Wahlberg you aren't going to walk around in every scene without a shirt on, so people aren't going to be able to see how amazing you are. The bicep though, people will see that. Even in a t-shirt your arms are going to look great, strong and sexy.
